Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs.

Returned products must be in new, unused condition and approved by our customer service department before processing.

Phoenix Telescoping Flagpoles are engineered and tested to withstand wind gusts up to 100 mph when:

• Installed according to our published instructions.

• Used with the included Premium Nylon U.S. Flag.

• Used with the appropriate flag size supplied for the pole model.

• Operated under normal use conditions.

Important Limitations

Wind performance can be affected by numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Flying oversized or heavier flags.

• Flying multiple flags.

• Sustained high winds.

• Rain, snow, or moisture accumulation.

• Ice and freezing temperatures.

• Improper installation.

• Failure to lower the flagpole during severe weather.

Because these factors vary widely, proper installation, maintenance, and operation remain the responsibility of the owner.

Wind Guarantee Replacement Policy

In the event of a qualifying structural failure under covered conditions, Atlantic Flag & Pole may, at its sole discretion, provide replacement aluminum tube sections. Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with replacement parts.

Additional replacement requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
