Free Shipping on All Kits
At Atlantic Flagpole, we are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all of our premium telescoping flagpole kits, as well as orders over $99, within the contiguous 48 United States.
Some accessories and standalone flags under $99 may incur a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Shipping Transit Time: Standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Note: During peak seasons (like the weeks leading up to Independence Day or Veterans Day), processing times may be slightly extended.
How We Ship
Your Phoenix Gen-4 telescoping flagpole kit is meticulously packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Flagpoles are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground in heavy-duty shipping tubes that protect the aerospace-grade aluminum.
If you ordered a comprehensive kit (like the Patriot or Commander's Kit), accessories such as solar lights, eagles, and flags may arrive in a separate box at roughly the same time.
Shipping Damages & Losses
We fully insure every shipment. In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit or arrives with shipping damage, please refuse the delivery if the damage is obvious, or contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will immediately expedite a replacement order to you at zero cost.
