We offer a 365-Day Home Trial on all Phoenix Flagpole kits. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us for a hassle-free return. Individual accessories can be returned within 30 days in unused condition.

Most homeowners complete the installation in 30-45 minutes. The hardest part is cementing the ground sleeve. The flagpole itself simply slides into the sleeve—no tools required.

No! Our kits are designed for DIY installation. We include step-by-step instructions and the ground sleeve with every kit. However, we do have a network of professional installers if you'd prefer help.

We recommend using 2-3 bags (80 lb each) of standard quick-set concrete mix. The ground sleeve is placed in a hole approximately 24" deep and 10" wide.

Yes! We offer wall and dock mounts for hard surface installations. Our Hitch Mount is also perfect for RVs and tailgating.

Every Phoenix Flagpole is independently tested and rated to withstand sustained winds of 100 MPH. This covers the vast majority of severe weather events including most tropical storms.

The Phoenix is designed to stay up in most storms. However, in the event of Category 3+ hurricanes or tornadoes, we recommend collapsing the pole down. This takes about 30 seconds.

Never. Our poles are made from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum with an anodized finish. They are completely rust-proof, even in saltwater coastal environments.

US Flag Code requires illumination if displayed at night. Our solar lights solve this automatically with dusk-to-dawn sensors—no wiring required.

Our Forever Warranty covers all manufacturing defects on the flagpole structure for the life of the original purchaser. This includes the pole sections, locking mechanism, and ground sleeve.

Flags are consumable items and are not covered under our Forever Warranty. However, our premium nylon flags are designed to last 6-12 months in typical conditions. We offer replacement flags at great prices.

Solar lights carry a 2-year warranty. The rechargeable batteries may need replacement after 2-3 years depending on usage. We sell affordable replacement batteries.

We offer telescoping flagpoles in 15', 20', and 25' heights. The 20' is our most popular choice for residential use. Commercial poles are available up to 40'.

Yes! The included Duo-Harness coupler allows you to fly two flags simultaneously. You can fly your American flag at the top and a state, military, or sports flag below it.
