The Phoenix 365-Day Trial
Your satisfaction is entirely guaranteed. With our exclusive Phoenix 365-Day Home Trial, you have a full year to decide if our flagpole is right for your home.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Phoenix Telescoping Flagpole within the first 365 days of receipt, you can return it for a full refund of the product price. No questions asked.
Standard Returns (Non-Flagpole Items)
For all non-flagpole products (including flags, accessories, lighting, and apparel), we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
- Custom or modified products (e.g., custom printed flags) are not eligible for returns unless defective.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective out of the box).
Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will arrange for a prompt replacement at no additional cost to you. Please retain all original packaging and damaged parts, as our shipping carrier may require an inspection.
How to Request a Return
- Contact Support: Email our support team at support@atlanticflagpole.com with your order number and reason for return. You can also call us at (518) 400-0765.
- Receive RMA: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA.
- Pack Safely: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship: Send the package via a trackable shipping method (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority). Keep your tracking number.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
