Our Promise to You
The Atlantic Flagpole Forever Warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser, for the lifetime of the flagpole.
We stand behind the Phoenix Telescoping Flagpole. If anything fails structurally under normal use—whether it's the internal locking mechanisms, the anodized aluminum body, or the swivel rings—we will repair or replace it.

Flags naturally tear over time depending on weather exposure. Flags are considered consumable.
Extreme Natural Disasters
Hurricanes beyond 100+ mph ratings, tornadoes, and lightning strikes.
Vandalism or Abuse
Damage resulting from intentional misuse, impacts from vehicles, or improper installation.
Normal Wear and Tear
Minor cosmetic scratches, slight fading over decades, or typical environmental wear.
The 100 MPH Guarantee
We specifically engineered the Phoenix to handle brutal American weather. When properly installed and flagged with the recommended size, the Phoenix Telescoping Flagpole is rated to withstand winds up to 100 MPH. If wind shear below that rating causes structural failure, you're covered.
